A Day in the Life of a Young Escort

Ever wondered what a typical day looks like for one of our younger ladies? Spoiler: it’s not all champagne and high heels, though there’s plenty of that too. We spent the day with Emily, one of the most in-demand young London escorts we represent, to see exactly what goes into her glamorous, fast-paced lifestyle.

7:00am – Wake Up

Emily starts her day just after 7 am. “I like to be up before the world gets noisy,” she smiles, snuggled in her fluffy duvet. “It gives me a bit of peace before everything kicks off. Plus, I love having time to scroll before I actually move.”

7:45am – Gym Session

She’s in leggings and a hoodie, already halfway through a treadmill warm-up at the gym by 7:45. “I play my ‘feel like a baddie’ playlist,” she laughs. “Working out gives me the energy to keep up with my clients, and the confidence too.”

9:00am – Breakfast

10:00am – Shower & Outfit Planning

After a steamy shower, she scrolls through Pinterest boards and a saved Instagram folder for outfit inspo. “Tonight’s a big one, he’s taking me out-out,” she grins. “I need to look unreal.”

11:30am – Shopping Trip

She heads to Oxford Street, browsing Zara and House of CB before settling on a ruched champagne satin mini dress with a low back and delicate straps. “It’s classy, but still hot,” she grins. “I’ll pair it with gold heels and a matching mini bag”.

1:00pm – Light Lunch

3:00pm – Hair & Makeup

By 3 pm, she’s in glam mode. Her playlist’s on shuffle, ring light’s glowing, and brushes are flying. “I go for soft glam, bronzed skin, fluffy lashes, and a glossy nude lip,” she says. Between finishing her eyeliner and touching up her curls, she takes a few behind-the-scenes selfies and videos for her profile.

6:30pm – Dinner with Client

She meets her client at a fancy restaurant in Mayfair. “He’s always sweet and calls me ‘trouble’ in the most flattering way,” she says. Over burrata and wine, they talk music, travel and laugh a lot. “I think he just likes being around someone who doesn’t take things too seriously.”

12:00am – Back to His Place

Back at his place, things start to heat up. “He booked the full experience, so we wrapped the night with some one-on-one time,” Emily says with a playful grin. “We’d been building the tension all evening, so once we got in, it was straight to business.” She doesn’t stay over, though. “I freshen up, say my goodbyes, and that’s me done.
